Pretty Warm House is a refined sixteenth-century house located in the heart of the historic center of Nardò, ideal for 2 guests looking for an intimate, authentic and charming stay.

With an area of about 28 square meters, the house retains numerous characteristic elements of its history, including exposed wooden beams, stone details, ancient fireplace, traditional furnishings and suggestive stained glass windows. The main room has a comfortable double bed, a small dining area and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in complete freedom.

The bathroom, embellished with an elegant blue mosaic, is complete with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. To complete the property, a small private balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast, an aperitif or a moment of relaxation immersed in the atmosphere of the village.
